Have Boot Scootin' Day!

 This a neat card that looks much harder to make than it is. It is simply a couple of cuts and folds. Just let me know if you want the exact directions. I'll be happy to supply those to you. When you undo the paper clips at the top and pull on the sides of the card the cactus separates to revel your greeting. It was hard to pull the sides and photograph.  I hope you get the idea. The western stamps and inside greeting are from http://www.etsy.com/shop/texanadesigns?page=1.

I added a bit of wire,grass and gold Stickles to the spurs.

A New Sheriff In Town

I was thinking of ways to use stamps in a new way. I typically use the western or Texas themed ones for men's cards such as Father's Day,birthday's etc. I picked up this cute boot stamp from Texana Stamps http://www.etsy.com/shop/texanadesigns and made this baby announcement. I added all the baby's info inside. I used New Sheriff in Town:  baby's name etc. Sworn in By: parents name and so on. Could easily  be printed on computer so doing several wouldn't be out of the question.

On Gilded Wings

I needed a card for Mother's Day that was suitable for framing and didn't  say "Mother's Day". I thought this one was perfect. I used beautiful card stock from a company I was not aware of until I saw this paper,KanBan.
