Spring is Special!

Spring is a special time to remember someone. I used Art Acetates that I "colored" with Glitter Glitz. I used a small ribbon with a 3-D butterfly attached. The mat is from DCWV Luxury Stack I added a chipboard tag and a little "bling" to finish.
