Spring Must be Near!

Spring must be near with flowers and butterflies. I used Art Acetates colored with Glitter Glitz. I used a fancy punch for the corners. I added a Glitter Glitz "ribbon" on the side. The die cut butterflies are decorated with Glitter Glitz as well. The small friend tag at the bottom has a bit of added glitz on the edge.The mat paper is from DCWV Luxury stack
