This is a fun way to use old wallpaper. I cut the "boot" by hand. If you have a die cut or a draw program on your computer you can certainly use that.This was white textured wallpaper. I colored it with a black Cat's Eye. I added PK Glitz glitter to the heel for added sparkle. I used a piece of old lace and small strip of black satin as my"cuff" I then added a rhinestone for a festive touch. I use lots of layers and dimensions on my cards.

Kick Up Your Heels!
